ResponsibilitiesAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Preparing tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the architect and/or clientPricing all variations in accordance with contract terms and project changesIssuing monthly valuation reports and progress payment applicationsAssisting in cost planning, budgeting, and financial control of projectsEnsuring that all measurements, quantities, and valuations are accurate and well documentedLiaising with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients to support commercial and contractual mattersRequirementsRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related disciplinePrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction and engineering sector (UAE experience preferred)Strong understanding of tendering, contracts, BOQs, and valuation proceduresProficiency in MS Office and QS/estimation softwareExcellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skillsStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work within deadlines and support multiple projects
