Job OverviewLITCO Industries is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, estimation, and coordination activities across construction and steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in estimating, and the ability to work effectively with project teams and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimatesPerform quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractorsReview and validate supplier quotations, material prices, and payment applicationsAssist in tender preparation and cost analysisSupport project control activities to ensure cost accuracy and complianceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in construction or steel fabricationProficient in estimation software and MS OfficeStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlines
