Quantity SurveyorJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Measuring quantities from drawings and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) under the supervision of a senior QS•Provide detailed quantity take-offs, tender documents, and cost reports.•Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, for the procurement of projects.•Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts. Help in processing subcontractor payments and verifying claims.•Assist in identifying, valuing, and managing variations (changes to the scope of work) and ensure accurate recording and pricing.•Collect data and assist in preparing regular reports on project status, financial progress, and other key metrics.•Provide support to senior quantity surveyors in daily activities and any other administrative tasks required.•Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the contract terms, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.•Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and valuations.•Monitor project progress, contractual claims, and variations.•Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender submissions.Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or a related field.•5-7 years of dedicated experience in Quantity Surveying.•Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and BOQ preparation.•Proficient in AutoCAD is must.•Need to have experience in Take off of concrete, shutter, steel, finishing works•Need to have experience in infrastructure and building projects•Knowledge of QS software Planswift is additional advantage•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.•Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational skills.•Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM UAE time.•Language Malyalam MandatoryBenefits :•Competitive salary up to 2200 AED per month.•Opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a variety of projects.
