Key Responsibilities:Expertise in subcontractor payment certification and quantity take-off using PlanSwift.Proficient in contract/commercial management.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.Minimum 6 years of post-degree experience.(GCC Exp Must)Hands-on experience in supplier/subcontractor payment processes.Proficiency in ERP systems, with Xpedeon experience preferred.Strong communication and technical report writing skills.Familiarity with FIDIC Contracts.Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and thrive under pressure.
