Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for fit-out projects.•Review and interpret design/technical drawings; perform quantities take-off.•Execute cost control: track commitments, monitor project expenditures, and flag variances.•Evaluate material specifications and suppliers, especially for fit-out & finishes.•Support value engineering and provide cost-saving recommendations.•Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to align scope, schedule, and budgets.•Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and post-tender analyses.•Maintain estimating databases, pricing libraries, and historical cost records.Requirements :•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).•Proficient in AutoCAD and PlanSwift (or similar take-off tools).•Strong analytical and numerical abilities with advanced Excel skills.•Solid knowledge of cost estimation, QS processes, and cost control.•Demonstrated understanding of fit-out works and finishing materials.•Clear communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Benefits :•Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities.•Exposure to high-quality interior fit-out projects in Dubai.•Collaborative, professional work environment.
