Requirements:Proven experience in quantity surveying within road, utilities, and bridge projectsRTA (Roads and Transport Authority) experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controlExperience with cost measurement and valuationFamiliarity with contractual and legal aspects of construction projectsExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldResponsibilities:Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reportsQuantify materials, labor, and equipment required for projectsMonitor project costs and control expenditureReview and evaluate variation orders and claimsAssist in tendering and contract negotiationsConduct site visits and assess progress and costsCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and clientsEnsure compliance with project specifications and standards
