Job Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets for pipeline projectsManage contractual and financial aspects of projectsConduct quantity take-offs and cost control measuresMonitor project expenses and prepare financial reportsReview and process contractual claims and variationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and consultantsEnsure compliance with Transco standards & procedures (highly preferred; please attach proof with CV)Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with Transco standards & procedures (highly preferred)Experience with large diameter pipelines (DN > 1000)Strong analytical and negotiation skillsRelevant certifications in Quantity Surveying
