Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for villa construction projectsMeasure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, and resources required for the projectManage project costs, ensuring they align with the budget and control any cost overrunsPrepare and review tender documents, contracts, and agreements with contractors and suppliersConduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project costs without compromising qualityAssess and manage subcontractor payments and variations to contractsProvide regular reports on project costs, financial forecasts, and cash flow to senior managementLiaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure the project is on track financiallyQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, with a focus on villa projectsBachelor?s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial reportingFamiliarity with UAE construction laws, regulations, and standardsProficient in MS Office, project management software, and QS toolsExcellent attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skillsRICS or similar professional certifications are an advantage
