Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies for new construction projects.•Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost savings opportunities.•Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers.•Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, forecasting, and reporting.•Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost issues.•Prepare and manage claims for variations, extensions of time, and other costs.•Evaluate tender documents and provide advice on procurement options.•Assist in the resolution of disputes related to cost and contract issues.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.•2+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.•Strong knowledge of construction techniques, contracts, and procurement processes.•Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
