Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Senior Planning Engineer: Manage, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.•Quantity Surveyor: Oversee cost management, prepare and manage budgets, conduct cost analysis, and ensure that projects meet financial targets.•Work closely with project teams to ensure all resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are adhered to.•Provide accurate project reports, assessments, and forecasts.•Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.•Collaborate with contractors, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Key Requirements:•10+ years of total experience in engineering and project management roles.•At least 6+ years in engineering consultancy with a focus on building projects.•Mandatory UAE building project experience (preferably in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain).•Experience working in both Planning Engineering and Quantity Surveying roles is highly desirable.•Immediate joiners preferred, but candidates with relevant experience who can join soon from India are also encouraged to apply.•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
