Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Estimate quantity and costs of materials
  2. Prepare contracts and documents
  3. Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
  4. Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
  5. Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
  6. Keep track of construction materials and inventory
  7. Estimate quantity and costs of materials
  8. Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years? experience in areas include: surveying, construction and structural engineering
  • knowledgeable in Cost Estimates and Contracts
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to complete the project on time and within the budget
