Quantity Surveying EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to prepare accurate cost estimates during the tendering phase.•Prepare detailed costings and obtain internal approvals prior to tender submission.•Develop and submit complete tender documents, including both commercial and technical proposals.•Prepare material submittals as required by specific projects or clients.•Issue material and service inquiries, collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and evaluate received offers.•Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the most competitive pricing and terms.•Evaluate completed work and prepare interim and final payment applications.•Analyze changes in scope or additional works, and prepare, submit, and negotiate variation orders with clients.•Review and evaluate subcontractor accounts, verify completed work, and recommend payment approvals.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.•Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying.•Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, cost analysis, and contract management.•Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).•Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
