Position Overview:The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that Zenith Water Heater products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and process monitoring. This role will focus on maintaining product consistency, identifying defects, and assisting in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.Conduct tests to verify product performance, durability, and compliance with safety standards.Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with the production team to resolve issues.Document and maintain detailed records of inspection and testing results.Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.Previous experience in quality control or testing, preferably in manufacturing.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
