We are seeking a motivated Quality Supervisor with 2–4 years of experience in the Quality Department of a Printing Press. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience and be ready for immediate joining. This role is responsible for supervising quality control processes to ensure printing products meet company and client standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate quality control activities within the printing processConduct regular inspections and tests on printed materials to maintain high qualityIdentify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities promptlyMaintain accurate documentation of inspection reports and quality recordsImplement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standardsCollaborate with production and supply chain teams to improve quality processesTrain quality control staff and support continuous improvement initiativesEnsure adherence to UAE industry regulations and company policiesQualifications & Experience:2–4 years of experience in the Quality Department of a Printing PressUAE experience is mandatoryDiploma or Graduate degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferredImmediate joiners preferred
