Our client is a Leading E-commerce Company. They are now looking for an Quality Assurance Agent to join them. Roles & Responsibilities: . To ensure the delivery process completion within the promised time to customers, through an extensive coordination with our partners. To handle inbound and outbound calls with our customers to ensure the highest quality assurance standards of our service are being met. To support our partners technically when required ensuring that all our technical solution in the shops work properly (tablets, speakers). To provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports with regards to quality of orders highlighting areas of improvement. Hard working, open to take other tasks assigned out of the responsibilities etc Preference: . Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficient in computer literacy. Qualifications: .
