This role also requires a customer orientated focus and strong teamwork skills required for streamlining various activities from start to end. The role requires management, on site and ability to work with minimal supervision.What you will do

  • Defining, implementing and updating the Integrated Management System by interfacing with the GM?s / Business Sector Manager/ Operations Manager.
  • Conducting Periodic Internal Audits and assisting Operations in closure of the Internal Audit findings / External Audit findings (DNV, FIDI FAIM) / Group Internal Audit Findings
  • Defining the User Requirement Specifications for the identified Process Automations by interfacing with both IT and Business Users and Testing the Process Automations along with the Business users before the release in the LIVE environment
  • Facilitating the organization?s change (end to end) on all allocated projects to ensure successful adoption and process alignment to technology whether it is at the organizational level, division level or cross functional level interfacing with GMs/ Business Sector Manager/ Operations Manager/ Team Leaders
  • Assisting in developing and implementing operational excellence models derived from research, benchmarking data and new initiatives resulting in a change in culture that supports continual improvement and corporate governance
  • Generating the KPI?s or Metrics report from the System (SAP / Cargo wise EDI/VTS) and sharing the analysis with the GM?s / Business Sector Manager/ Operations Manager / Team Leaders
  • Identifying Process Improvement projects and providing the analytical and project management support for successful completion of projects
  • Developing Process Training Material and providing Role based Trainings for the New Joinees and Refresher Trainings for the Employees
  • Enhancing the statutory and ISO compliances and ensuring the continual improvements are implemented and measured against cost, productivity or customer impact.
Required skills to be successful
  • Experience in defining and implementing processes changes
  • Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 28000 (QMS, OHS, EMS, BCMS, ISMS, ITSM, FSMS, HACCP)
  • Excellent Data Analytical Skills in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Power Flow
  • Excellent in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
About the teamQuality & Data Analyst will be closely working with the Operations Team (Team Leader, Operations Manager, Business Sector Manager and GM), HSE, Facilities and Security Team, Business Enabling Functions (such as HR, Recruitment, Training, Purchase) and IT Team.What equips you for the role
  • Bachelors or Master?s Degree in Quality Management, Statistics, IT, Engineering
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Previous ork Experience in defining and implementing Processes Changes
  • Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 28000 (QMS, OHS, EMS, BCMS, ISMS, ITSM, FSMS, HACCP)
  • Identifying and leading Kaizen / Lean / Six Sigma based Process Improvement Projects to closure
  • Accredited Trainer
  • Domain experience in Supply Chain
  • Project Management expertise will be a plus
  • Minimum of 3- 4 years? experience
  • Excellent Data Analytical Skills in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Power Flow
  • Excellent written English
  • Excellent in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Good Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication & Presentation skills, Good in problem solving, Data Analytics.
