QS Estimator- Fit OutJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Provide measurement support for risk and value management and cost control functions.•Undertake measurement tasks to support cost analysis project work.•Assist with drafting detailed progress/cost reports.•Attend site visits and prepare BOQ.•Prepare technical submittals.•Prepare project variations for the client with respect to the contract terms and conditions.Requirements:•Excellent negotiation skills and ability to convince vendors and suppliers.•Capacity to create detailed reports that are easily understood by a wide array of people.•Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Education Requirements and Skills:•Proven working experience as a Project Engineer for a minimum of 4-5 years.•Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.•Advanced MS Office skills.•Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.•Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.•Project management and supervision skills.•Decision making ability and leadership skills.•Current engineer license.•Time management and organization skills.•BS degree.
