Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.Certification such as CSWIP 3.1, API 1104, or equivalent.Good knowledge of welding codes (ASME, API, AWS).Familiarity with NDT methods and inspection tools.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Good communication skills and teamwork.
