Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement QC procedures for structural works.Lead inspection and testing of structural materials and components.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and clients.Review and approve inspection reports and quality documentation.Train and supervise QC inspectors and technicians.Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in structural quality control, preferably in UAE.Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
