They also inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.TestingQC inspectors use electronic inspection equipment and software to test products. They also operate and maintain testing equipment to ensure its accurate and reliable.DocumentingQC inspectors record inspection results in reports, summarizing re-works and wastes. They also input data into quality databases.ReportingQC inspectors report inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities inspected. They also document defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and suggest corrective actions.
