As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our technical team in Jeddah.Job Responsibilities:QC Engineer:Monitor and ensure quality standards across maintenance and facility management projectsConduct inspections related to waterproofing works and FM activitiesPrepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action plansEnsure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standardsCoordinate with site teams and management to maintain quality benchmarksQS Engineer:Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offsMonitor project costs and variations related to FM and waterproofing worksAssist in contract administration, measurement certification, and cost controlPrepare progress reports and support financial forecastingCoordinate with project and procurement teams for accurate cost managementRequirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC or QS rolesBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural EngineeringProven experience in Waterproofing and Facility Management (FM) projectsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skillsArabic communication skills are an advantageImmediate availability to join is mandatoryBenefits:Competitive salary package (based on experience)Opportunity to work with a reputed FM organization in Saudi ArabiaProfessional growth and exposure to large-scale facility projectsSupportive and performance-driven work environment
