Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and plans.Conduct inspections and tests on materials and workmanship.Review and verify compliance with project specifications and standards.Document non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.Coordinate with site teams to ensure quality is integrated into all activities.Maintain QA/QC records and prepare reports for management and clients.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.7+ years of experience in QA/QC in construction projects, preferably in UAE.Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent are a plus.Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
