The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards and specifications. They develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests, and collaborate with production teams to uphold quality across all stages of manufacturing or service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and review quality standards, procedures, and specifications.Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conformances.Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Assist in internal and external audits.Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.Proven experience as a QA/QC Specialist or in a similar role.Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and testing methodologies.Familiarity with quality control tools and software.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
