Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and plans.Lead quality audits and inspections throughout the construction process.Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and non-conformance reports.Manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.Conduct training and seminars to promote quality standards among staff.Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies on quality matters.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC management in construction.Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, ASTM, and local regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) preferred.
