Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.Lead and supervise QA/QC team members.Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs).Conduct site audits and quality meetings.Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and NCRs.Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies on quality matters.Monitor compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional QA/QC certification (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) is advantageous.8+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of construction standards and UAE regulations.
