Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures tailored for villa projects.Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.Monitor all stages of construction to identify and resolve quality issues.Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.Maintain detailed quality control records and prepare regular quality reports for stakeholders.Participate in internal and external audits and take corrective actions when necessary.Oversee the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, with a strong focus on villa projects.In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations.Familiarity with international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC software.Previous experience working on villa or residential projects is a must.
