QA/QC Engineer – InfrastructureJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Ensure quality and workmanship of all activities, particularly within infrastructure and landscaping scopes.•Thoroughly understand engineering construction processes in civil, architectural, structural, infrastructure, and landscaping disciplines.•Develop Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Environmental Analyses, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) specific to landscaping and infrastructure works.•Perform daily site inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.•Conduct and verify quality-related procedures at the site, ensuring all activities adhere to the approved method statements and ITPs.•Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, and site engineers for quality inspections, meetings, and resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs).•Monitor and report on all activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).•Manage QA/QC documentation for the entire project, including certificates, test results, calibration records, inspection requests, NCRs, and material approvals.•Support internal and external audits as per the Project Quality Plan (PQP).•Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely submission and approval of materials, especially for hardscape/softscape and infrastructure components.•Control and distribute all project-related quality documentation.•Conduct QA/QC meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.•Ensure quality control documentation is complete for final project handover.•Review and ensure compliance with international and local QA/QC standards relevant to infrastructure and landscaping works.•Coordinate with site managers and subcontractors to implement corrective and preventive actions for NCRs.•Supervise and verify the implementation of approved quality control programs and test procedures.•Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout QA/QC operations.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles with a strong background in infrastructure and landscaping projects.•Experience working with large-scale infrastructure and external works (roads, utilities, hardscape/softscape).•Knowledge of relevant international and local standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BS, ASTM).
