We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality of materials, workmanship, and processes across all stages of project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and proceduresConduct incoming material inspections, process inspections, and final inspectionsCoordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors on quality-related mattersPrepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklistsMonitor construction or manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specificationsPerform non-conformance reports (NCRs) and root cause analysisEnsure all quality records are properly maintained and documentedSupport internal and external auditsAssist in material approvals, sampling, and testing as per standardsProvide training to site teams and subcontractors on quality proceduresRequirements:Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fieldStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QA/QC methodologiesFamiliar with local and international codes (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI, ASME, etc.)Proficient in MS Office, report writing, and quality documentationExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
