We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities within our Oil & Gas projects, primarily with ADNOC standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in piping, corrosion protection, welding, and shutdown projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards in compliance with ADNOC, industry codes, and project specifications.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Review and approve welding procedures, welder qualifications, and inspection reports.Supervise and coordinate testing and inspection activities, including NACE and BGAS coating inspections.Monitor and control quality during piping, shutdowns, and other critical activities.Ensure proper execution of welding, coating, and corrosion control processes.Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and inspection logs.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safety culture on site.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC team members.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas industry, preferably with ADNOC projects.Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, codes, and industry best practices.Proven experience in piping, welding, coating, and shutdown activities.Certifications: Cswip 3.1 / AWS, NACE / BGAS.Hands-on experience in inspection, testing, and quality documentation.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
