Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.Coordinate with construction teams for quality assurance activities.Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions.Maintain documentation of quality records and reports.Support site team during audits and client inspections.Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction or contracting industry.Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication and documentation skills.Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
