The Foreman supervises and coordinates the work of a team of workers on construction sites, manufacturing plants, or maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors.Plan and organize work schedules.Ensure safety protocols and standards are followed.Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality and progress.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.Manage materials, tools, and equipment.Train and mentor team members.Maintain safety and quality documentation.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven supervisory experience in construction, manufacturing, or maintenance.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.Physical stamina and ability to work on-site.
