Key Responsibilities: Develop and review project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs).Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and completed work.Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.Maintain quality documentation and reporting.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.Facilitate internal and external audits.Promote a culture of quality and safety on-site.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO, CSWIP) preferred.Proven experience in quality management for construction projects.Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
