Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control plans and proceduresConduct inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and processesMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standardsIdentify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actionsReview and approve quality documentation and reportsCoordinate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve quality issuesEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationsMaintain quality records and prepare quality reportsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field2-5 years of experience in QA/QC in construction or contracting environmentsKnowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsFamiliarity with testing equipment and inspection techniques
