Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to implement quality control measures• Ensure that construction materials, works, and processes meet required standards and specifications• Develop and implement project-specific quality assurance plans• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of works and materials• Document findings and report quality-related issues to management• Design and monitor quality standards, and inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship• Maintain all QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability• Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous quality improvementRequirements:• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation• Ability to monitor and enforce quality control protocols effectively on-site• Excellent communication and reporting skills• Available to join immediately or on short notice
