Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standardsConduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and final outputsPrepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality reportsCoordinate with site engineers, production teams, and third-party inspectorsIdentify quality issues and recommend corrective/preventive actionsEnsure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on timeParticipate in audits and support continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in GRC or precast concrete industryIn-depth knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and construction quality practicesStrong analytical, documentation, and reporting skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesFamiliarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is a plus
