QA/QC EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and continually refine QA/QC plans for construction projects, incorporating thorough inspection and testing protocols.•Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality standards and project specifications.•Scrutinize construction documentation, blueprints, and specifications to proactively identify and resolve potential quality challenges.•Collaborate with project teams to promptly address quality-related issues and offer technical expertise.•Regularly report on QA/QC progress to project stakeholders and provide insights to improve processes.•Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet the requisite quality standards and certifications.•Execute inspections and tests on construction materials, structural components, and systems.•Maintain meticulous records of all QA/QC activities and generate comprehensive reports as needed.•Organize and deliver training sessions to educate construction teams on QA/QC best practices.•Engage in both internal and external quality audits and assessments.•Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations pertinent to quality assurance and control.Minimum Qualifications/Education:•Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•3-5 years of relevant experience in the joinery industry, QA/QC.•UAE experience of 2 - 3 years.•UAE Driving license will be advantageous.•Proficiency in construction codes, standards, and regulations.•Strong command of quality control and quality assurance processes.•In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and practices.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.•Competence in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
