QA/QC EngineerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain a Quality Management System, ensuring the organizations Quality Policy is understood and implemented by all personnel.•Analyze root causes of quality issues, customer complaints, and corrective actions, providing prompt responses.•Lead process improvement initiatives to resolve quality problems and enhance productivity on site.•Collaborate with internal auditors to identify and rectify problematic areas, products, and processes impacting the companys quality image.•Foster effective communication with Site staff and sub/main contractors QA / QC representatives for quality policy implementation.•Oversee the execution of Project Quality/Quality Assurance Plans, quality records, and prepare monthly QA/QC reports.•Ensure installations and testing adhere to project specifications, approved shop drawings, and consultant/client requirements.•Submit inspection requests to concerned authorities for necessary approval.•Monitor, inspect, communicate, and verify quality-related activities regarding construction materials, subcontract control, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.•Keep the Project Manager informed about ongoing inspections and testing, consultant and main contractor snags, commissioning, non-conformance, and customer complaint reports.
