QA/QC EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications•Inspect and monitor all activities and materials to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations•Prepare and review project-specific QA/QC documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans, and quality control checklists•Conduct regular audits and inspections of construction sites, materials, and work processes to ensure quality assurance•Identify, document, and resolve any non-conformances or quality issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary•Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project quality requirements are met•Maintain and organize detailed quality records, reports, and certifications for all project phases•Conduct quality training for staff and subcontractors to maintain a high level of quality awareness•Ensure compliance with all ISO quality management systems and other relevant standards•Participate in project handover processes, providing necessary documentation and certificatesRequirements:•Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in the UAE or GCC region•Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field•Strong understanding of quality control procedures, standards, and best practices•Experience in conducting quality inspections, audits, and reviews on construction or engineering projects•Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management systems•Proficient in using quality management tools and software•Excellent communication and report-writing skills•UAE Driving License is required•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
