Were Hiring: QA/QC Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Projects (UAE) Location: United Arab EmiratesExperience: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Infrastructure Projects)We are currently looking for a highly experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team at Leverage General Contracting L.L.C. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and telecom, with proven experience in site inspections, documentation, and quality compliance.Key Responsibilities•Conduct QA/QC inspections in line with ITPs and project specifications.•Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams on all QA/QC matters.•Manage MIRs, WIRs, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.•Implement quality standards and project-specific quality plans on-site.•Prepare and review Method Statements, ITPs, Material Submittals, and NCRs.•Support internal and external audits and ensure ISO compliance.Qualifications & Requirements•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (MOFA attested).•Minimum 5–6 years of relevant UAE infrastructure experience is mandatory.•Deep knowledge of UAE authorities’ requirements (ITC, ADM, DMT, Mosanada, etc.).•ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent ISO-related qualification.•Other certifications such as NEBOSH, CQI-IRCA are a plus.•Proficient in QA/QC documentation and MS Office tools.•Strong communication and coordination skills.Note: Only candidates with UAE infrastructure project experience will be considered. CVs lacking relevant experience will not be reviewed.
