Coordinate with End Users for the preparation of the Annual Procurement Plan.Review, challenge and promote competitive tendering process to reduce Single Source and Sole SourcePrepare for review the Bidders List and Tender Strategy, as well as RFQ packages incorporating all commercial, technical and inspection requirements, where specified, for issue to approved bidders;Analyse suitability and commercial viability, and conduct negotiations with suppliers as per procedures in accordance to latest In Country Value “ICV” guidelines FDOA and proceduresProvide an analytical review of technical evaluation report “T.E.R”
