Job Description

Our ClientA mid-d Global Biopharmaceutical company is looking to bring onboard a Purchasing Manager in their UAE office to help strengthen their Global Logistics unitYour Responsibilities

  • Supporting & Liaising with the Logistics staff globally and coordinate with the HQ in Eastern Europe
  • Doing International logistics and supporting on Purchasing, Supply & Demand Planning of their pharmaceutical products which include Biologics, Biosimilars, Generics, OTCs and R&D portfolios as well.
  • A focus on the supporting the business with their Purchasing and Supply parts of the business in the Logistics side.
  • Must have experience with working with Warehouse management in Pharmaceuticals,
  • An understanding of UAE regulations.
  • All import and export formalities & related queries.
  • Ideally someone with strong knowledge of Dubai Free zone rules and regulations
  • Big experience with export and import of goods internationally in bulk
  • Good knowledge of CIS customs rules and regulations
  • Languages: English fluent / Multilingual is a bonus
Your Qualifications
  • Experience as a Purchasing Manager
  • 5+ Years experience wanted in the Supply Chain & Logistics area
  • Must have prior experience working with Pharmaceutical/Healthcare portfolios.
  • Must be based in the UAE and can relocate to Dubai.
  • Ideally want the person to have a background in International supply chain within MEA, CIS, APAC regions
  • Ideally want the person to start ASAP / within a 1 month window.
