Job Description

At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the Purchasing and Logistic department in the day to day activities of the company, in the areas of small procurement activities, documentation management and follow up on deliveries.Activities of the Department:

  • Get the request from other departments, analyze it and get in touch with vendors to get quotes. Analyze quotes and deviations with request material / service, negotiate and place order
  • Follow on time delivery of the order
  • Manage all transport & customs clearance needs for above activities
  • Subcontractor management & vendor claims
  • Vendor Qualification
  • Strategic purchasing activities: savings, e-auctions, KPI analysis
/TasksReports to the Purchasing Manager and his subordinates. Hands-on experience may include:
  • Get request from several departments, ask for quotes and select the vendor to award the order
  • Support on admin task related to vendor management
  • Support department on improvement of current KPI on time delivery, open orders, savings, request to order cycle and e-auctions.
