Job Position – Purchase ExecutiveCompany Name – KADRIS IndustriesLocation: Jazeerah Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, UAEIndustry: Steel Fabrication & CoatingA well-established Steel Fabrication and Coating Company based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAEWill be responsible for managing procurement activities related to raw materials, consumables, equipment, and services required for steel fabrication and coating operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Source and procure raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services for fabrication and coating projectsIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendorsPrepare and process purchase orders in line with company policiesEnsure timely delivery of materials to meet project and production schedulesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teamsMaintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reportsEnsure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirementsCoordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-upsDevelop and maintain strong supplier relationshipsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive (preferably in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or construction industry)Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor managementExperience in sourcing steel, fabrication materials, or industrial consumables is an advantageProficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureUAE experience is preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work with a growing industrial organizationProfessional and supportive work environment
