Job Position – Purchase CoordinatorWho can support procurement operations by coordinating sourcing, purchase orders, inventory and documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement in compliance with company policies.Location: Dubai, UAEKey ResponsibilitiesSource materials, prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and raise LPOsCoordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolutionMonitor stock levels and support inventory planningAssist in cost control and cost-saving initiativesEnsure quality, ISO, and policy complianceMaintain procurement documentation and prepare basic reportsCoordinate with internal departments and support auditsQualification & ExperienceDiploma/Bachelor’s degree3–4 years of purchasing/ procurement experience in a group of companies in the UAE.Experience in the automotive/accessories sector is an added advantage.Skills & KnowledgeMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro/ Dynamics) and ISO standardsValid UAE driving licenseNB: Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be provided with a company car along with fuel allowance.
