Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelinesPrepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and update inventory systemsTrack and follow up on order status, shipments, and delivery schedulesCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure stock availabilityMonitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting for online salesSupport vendor management, quotation evaluation, and product comparisonHandle documentation, invoices, GRNs, and supplier payments coordinationResolve order discrepancies, delays, and quality issuesAssist in data entry, product listing updates, and SKU management for e-commerce platformsRequirements:Previous experience as a Purchase Assistant, Procurement Coordinator, or similar role (E-commerce experience preferred)Strong understanding of online retail operations, stock control, and procurement processesProficiency in MS Excel and inventory management/ERP toolsGood communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitaskAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
