Job Responsibilities:– Handle all government-related transactions (MOHRE, Immigration,– Municipality, etc.) in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.– Prepare, process, and submit documents related to visas, renewals, labor cards, and other official paperwork.– Liaise with various government authorities and departments on behalf of the company.– Maintain updated records of employees’ official documents.– Support HR and Administration departments in related tasks as required.Qualifications & Skils:– UAE National with valid UAE family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government procedures.– Excellent communication in Arabic and English.– Possession of a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
