Public Relation Officer (PRO)Job Location: United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full timeSalary: 3000 to 3500 AED + Visa + Health Insurance + Airfare?Act as the primary point of contact for all government and regulatory authorities in the UAE.?Liaise with various government departments, including immigration, labor, municipality, and economic entities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.?Manage the documentation and processing of various government-related tasks, such as visa processing, labor contracts, work permits, company registration, and licensing.?Stay updated with the latest government regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring the company?s compliance.?Handle all aspects of employee visas, including processing new visas, renewals, and cancellations.?Apply transactions and approvals under various government entities, including Economy, Municipality, Chamber, Civil Defense, RTA, etc.?Handle trade license-related tasks, such as applying for new licenses, renewals, modifications, and location details.?Manage Ejari registration and renewal, as well as Civil Defense-related safety certificate acquisition and site inspections.?Utilize official smart apps and websites of UAE government departments for efficient dealings.?Support the Corporate Team in ensuring a high level of client service and effective communication with Government Agencies.?Need to visit government authorities when necessary.so job will be both office and field work.Qualifications & Skills:?Any Graduate/Masters with over 3 years of relevant experience.?Proficient in mainland and freezone companies? formation and compliance.?Fluent in English.?In-depth knowledge of government laws and regulations.?Excellent communication and computer skills.?Note: Immediate joiner is required.
