The PRO will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s public image, fostering positive relationships with media outlets, guests, and the local community.This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, experience in the hospitality industry, and the ability to create and implement effective PR strategies to promote the company’s brand and reputation.Media Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers in the hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle sectors.Coordinate media interviews, press releases, and media inquiries to ensure positive coverage of the company and its offerings.Brand Image & Reputation Management:Enhance and protect the company’s public image through proactive PR strategies.Monitor and manage online and offline brand reputation, including social media, review platforms, and customer feedback.Event Management & Promotion:Organize and oversee press conferences, media events, and hospitality industry events, ensuring a seamless execution.Plan and promote special events, grand openings, and seasonal promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract media attention.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all logistics and media needs are met for events and promotions.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in public relations, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with an eye for detail.In-depth understanding of PR tools and media relations, including social media platforms and industry-specific trends.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
