Key Responsibilities:– Lead and manage the Mathematics Department to ensure effective teaching, learning, and academic excellence.– Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with HABITAT SCHOOL’s educational framework and academic standards.– Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development support to the Mathematics teaching team.– Track and assess student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback to support academic growth.– Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership to foster a supportive learning environment.– Ensure the overall academic development and well-being of students within the Mathematics department.Eligibility Criteria:Experience:– Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in Mathematics.– Experience in a leadership or coordinator role is preferred.Education:– A regular 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from a recognized university– A 2-year Master’s degree in Mathematics– A B.Ed. qualification in Mathematics– Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills– Sound understanding of innovative teaching practices and curriculum design– A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a growth-oriented academic culture
