Job Position – Property Valuation Specialist Company Name – TalenttigersLocation – Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities: –Prepare accurate, IVSC-compliant real estate valuation reports– Conduct valuations for legal, lease, and development purposes– Work closely with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, and government bodies– Ensure reports meet standards for court and official use– Support cases requiring lease evaluations and cross-emirate property assessmentsRequired Skills & Experience:– Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE– Excellent communication skills, written and spoken– Strong track record of court-compliant and government-recognized valuation reports – Preferred: Experience working with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, or government projects– Knowledge of Tawtheeq (lease cases) and Ejari (Dubai properties) Certified Real Estate Valuer by: – Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT – Abu Dhabi)– Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (Court-Approved Valuation Expert)– RICS Membership (MRICS or FRICS preferred) – IVSC-compliant valuation training Education: – Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Finance Week Off: Friday and Sunday What We Offer: Fixed salary up to 06,000 AED + Commission + Other benefits
